How far an observer is between their latitude and the celestial pole.

Co-latitude is the difference between 90° and the observers latitude. An observer in London will have a latitude of 51° north and a co-latitude of 39°.

Co-declination

How far a star is from the celestial pole. Also known as its polar distance.
